Tooling Cones are tapered locating pins that attach to the top of an AMR and align with matching holes on a payload or carry plate. Alternatively, you can mount the cones to the bottom of the payload and use inverted locating cones on the AMR lift body. The standard cone has a 2-inch diameter; however, custom sizes and configurations are available upon request.
V-Dock Targets help AMRs dock by driving directly toward the target. As a result, they provide a simple and reliable docking solution. They work especially well in applications with limited space on the sides, making them ideal for tight layouts and narrow work areas.
Channel Dock Targets help AMRs dock with P&D stands, lifts, and similar equipment. During docking, the AMR drives between the channel targets, which helps guide it into position. As a result, Channel Dock Targets provide consistent alignment and reliable docking performance. They also integrate easily with P&D stands, making installation simple and efficient.
