Together we define the scope and key objectives for success.
On occasion, we share a simple concept sketch at this stage.

2. quotation & project kickoff

Our team develops a project quote which includes cost and timing.
Once the quote is reviewed and we receive your PO, we can start the project.

3. Engineering & design

Our engineering team develops a preliminary design using 3D CAD modeling and stress analysis tailored to your needs.
We review concepts with you, gather feedback, and refine the design.
Detailed specifications and approval drawings are prepared for final review and sign-off.

4. Manufacturing & project updates

Following approval, we begin material procurement and launch production.
Our team manages manufacturing, quality control, and project coordinating.
Throughout the process, we provide regular updates and milestone reviews to keep you informed.

5. Final inspection, shipping & delivery

Once production is complete, the project undergoes final quality checks.
We carefully package and prepare for shipment.
Delivery details are communicated, and the finished product is shipped to your location.

timeframes

Consultation & Quotation:

All manufacturing takes place in-house, allowing us to provide quotes quickly. Standard products can often be quoted the same day. More complex projects and custom builds may take a little longer, but we make every effort to provide all quotes within two business days.

Design & Engineering:

Depending on project requirements and available information, this process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. For complex projects, this time may increase.

PRODUCTION

Production lead times vary with every project depending on size and complexity. It can be as little as 1 week or grow up to 6 months for highly complex projects. A typical lead time for most orders is between 3-6 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping distance, but can typically be delivered within 1 or 2 days from shipment. We provide delivery details so you know what to expect.
