Customer challenge: Develop and manufacture a product cart compatible with an OTTO 100 AMR, capable of withstanding fork truck loading. 

Solution: Our engineering team compiled information related to  AMR docking and navigation specification and anticipated external loads to generate a robust solution that could be manufactured quickly.

Customer challenge: Develop and manufacture an AMR docking stand that can allow an operator to rotate the platform after the material has been delivered.

Solution: Our engineering team performed an in-depth study on AMR docking and navigation requirements, as well as center of gravity and payload stability to generate a robust solution that met ergonomic guidelines for rotation force and reach.

Solution: Our engineering team was able to generate a robust solution after understand the AMR navigation requirements, and manual fork truck payload handling.

Solution: Our engineering team gathered information on ergonomic force and reach requirements as well payload and external loading conditions to generate a robust solution that is easy and safe to use.

Customer challenge: Develop and manufacture a plate with fork pockets for supporting a large payload on an AMR

Solution: By understanding the payload weight and AMR tooling attachment points, our engineering team was able to generate a robust solution that can support heavy loads and remain secure located on the body of an AMR.

Customer challenge: Develop and manufacture a tooling plate that attaches to an AMR and keeps a payload secure during transit

Solution: Our engineering team was able to generate a rigid plate capable of supporting the customer's payload while allowing for full functionality of AMR payload detection sensors, and maintaining proper docking clearances.
