The Smart Product Stand (P&D Stand) allows delivery of your products from an AMR equipped with a lifting module. Adjustable product crowders give flexibility to securely capture unique product sizes. Customizations for non-uniform or large payloads can be made upon request. Sensors for product detection are also available.
The Element Rotating Cart allows delivery of your products without a P&D Stand. The rotation enables the operator to gain access to all sides of the payload from one position, reducing ergonomic constraints.
The rotation has soft detent locking at 90-degree increments and is automatically locked when the AMR picks up the cart. Manual lock release mechanisms are also available, such as hand or foot-actuated levers.
The Element Cart allows delivery of your products without a P&D Stand. Heavy-duty construction makes it more robust for fork truck engagement. The AMR only lifts two casters off the ground which increases overall payload capability of the AMR. As an alternative, the cart may be configured so that all four wheels are lifted during transport.
The Element Rallet allows your material to be carried on a rotating platform. The rotation enables the operator to access all sides of the payload from one position, reducing ergonomic constraints. The rotation has soft detent locking at 90-degree positions and is automatically locked when the AMR picks up the rallet. Manual unlocking mechanisms are also available, such as hand or foot-actuated levers.
Element tooling cones are tapered locating pins that attached to the top of an AMR for mating to a matching hole on the payload or carry plate. The standard size is 2-inch diameter, but custom configurations are available upon request.
The Element multi-product stand allows side-by-side delivery of your products while reducing floor space needed to mount P&D stands. The center portion of the stand uses a common structure to reduce the required floor space needed. Adjustable crowders keep the payload secure and allow flexibility for your specific product dimensions. Can be propagated for as many dock stations as required.
All manufacturing takes place in-house, which enables us to quote very quickly. Standard products can be quoted same day. Projects and higher complexity builds may take a bit longer to quote, but we make every effort possible to get quotes completed within 2 days.
The process from start to finish can take as little as one week, and up to four weeks or more depending on complexity and availability of supporting information. Starting out by understanding your end goal, we take our industry experience to thoroughly define the product requirements. Next, we perform the design process using 3D CAD modeling and stress analysis. Once the design is complete, we generate a final approval drawing for you to review, which then enables us to kick off manufacturing.
We hold regular design reviews with you to ensure the product meets your requirements, and you are kept up-to-date on progress.
All our products are available “off the shelf” if no customizations are necessary, eliminating the need for engineering costs. For specialized applications, we may need to perform some design work to ensure we deliver a great solution. We can make recommendations on your overall process to ensure the products we deliver are the most economical solutions for your project.
We specialize in equipment to support AMR integration. Beyond that, we have extensive background in many other types of material handling and production support equipment.
Small volume builds (10 units or less) can often be delivered in 3-4 weeks from kickoff. Larger builds add time, but we want to support your timeline in every way possible even if it means adding internal resources to make it happen.
